Typically in the past, when I take a square image and seek to create a widescreen image for use as wallpaper, I've done so in Photoshop using a mix of cropping and creative cloning. For this album, for a few of the images I also used AI for the first time to creatively expand square images to fill the extra space (starting with the cover image).
