Transcript: "Archives Press Kit" - Mercury Records, February 21, 1978

Released to capitalize on the attention brought on by 2112 and A Farewell to Kings, Archives is a simple repackaging of Rush's first three albums, and in turn the press kit is a short biography of those three releases. - Thanks to Joe Pesch for providing the original press kit!

Here's an interview with Geddy from Classic Rock magazine's August 2019 issue, "Geddy Lee: Is Reading the New Rock 'n' Roll?", transcribed by John Patuto. An interesting contrast between two different tours visiting Wisconsin's Alpine Valley Music Theater that summer, Rush and the Doobie Brothers, the feature length article goes into the minutiae of what it takes to put on a large scale show - and this is 39 years ago. Included are some interesting tidbits from Rush's Moving Pictures tour rider. - Thanks to Heiko Klages for providing the original article!
